Assistant Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Report to and assist the Operations Manager with the entire catering operations.
• Assembling food items according to the Event orders.
• Loading and unloading of equipment and food.
• Punctual delivery of food and set up of events.
• Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements.
• Support the logistics and provide catering services including set up, fulfill service staff requirements when needed for all types of events.
• Responsible for proper care of catering equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery of all events as per the delivery schedule.
• Liaise with clients on set-up requirements.
• Training of new catering personnel
• Manage and Supervise service staff for a sit-down banquet / event.
• Any other duties assigned by Operation Manager.

Requirements:

• Min 1 years of experience in related industry.
• Must have a Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills to converse with customers.
• Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
