Assistant Master Chef (Mooncake)

You will assist the Master Chef with the smooth operation of the Mooncake Production Kitchen.

Your job responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

• Provide the necessary expertise in both baked and snowskin mooncakes production in accordance to the Hotel's target.
• Uphold the Hotel's standards in food hygiene, food preparation, production, and presentation.
