Job Description

You will be the overall in-charge of the Mooncake Production Team. Your duties will include (and are not limited to) the following:

  • Provide the necessary expertise in both baked and snowskin mooncake production in accordance with the Hotel's target.
  • Uphold the Hotel's standard in food hygiene, food preparation, production, and presentation.
