We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Assistant Marketing Manager to manage campaigns across our large portfolio of global B2B events in a variety of industries, including Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Shared Services, Customer Experience, and Contact Centres.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of innovative B2B marketing campaigns, focusing on Digital Campaigns such as B2B social media strategies, management of PPC / advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

. Creating and executing innovative digital marketing plans, deploying online direct marketing tactics

. Using a full range of online marketing tactics including social media, online PR & SEM

. Promoting tailored content to generate quality leads

. Formulating communications strategies, including persuasive copywriting

. Undertaking ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets for revenue and lead generation are met

. Working closely with internal departments to achieve project objectives

. Working with external vendors such as Media Partners to amplify marketing outreach

. Assisting with CRM systems to build qualified segments and schedule EDMs Oversee database growth through data mining services and market intelligence software

Required skills and competencies:

. Marketing or Communications Degree or equivalent work experience

. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a true team-player

. Excellent communicator, verbal and written

. Creative problem-solver, effective decision maker

. Outstanding organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills

. Detail-focused and analytically inclined

. Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook

. Basic graphic designing experience using Canva or Photoshop is preferred
