Summary:

Bronkhorst Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Managerto support our regional marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia plus Taiwan. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional passionate about industrial technology and precision instrumentation. The position is responsible for developing a marketing strategy and maintaining and expanding the profile of Bronkhorst within the designated area/ region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Translate global strategy into local plans, create customer stories, and execute omnichannel marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Bronkhorst's flow measurement and control solutions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to localize marketing materials and strategies.
  • Organize and support trade shows, webinars, and customer events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or technical sectors.
  • Over two years of experience in Taiwan's B2B market. Taiwanese National with proven track record may apply.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Skills and Abilities:

Content Creation: Ability to craft compelling marketing content for technical products (e.g., brochures, blog posts, case studies).

Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Event Coordination: Skilled in organizing trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement events.

Market Research: Strong skills in gathering and analyzing market data, customer insights, and competitor intelligence.

CRM & Marketing Tools: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize performance.

Branding: Understanding of brand positioning and consistency across all touchpoints.

Problem-Solving: Creative approach to overcoming marketing challenges and seizing new opportunities.

Localization: Ability to adapt global marketing strategies to suit local and regional markets.

Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and global marketing.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Organization Position: The Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Manager reports hierarchically to the Vice President of APAC. The hired position does not have any direct reports.
