Manage production and operation (CNC Machinists, CNC Operators) to ensure on-time delivery for production orders
Coordinate with planners, purchasers and engineers to meet customers needs and expectations
Ensure good production practices and delivers high quality standard for in-house manufactured products
Implement master production schedules and machining / programming by studying work orders, engineering drawings, materials, specifications and machining parameters including interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances
Programs CNC Machines including zero and reference points, set tool registers, offsets, compensation
Plans manpower and maintain continuity among work shifts
Job Requirement:-
At least 5 years or above working experience as a Manufacturing Production Manager
Qualification in Precision Engineering
Experience in programming CNC Machines (Mazatrol)
Innovative, pro-active, energetic, can work under minimum supervision
