Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Supervise and guide staff on sales performance, product knowledge, and service standards
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product ordering
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in visual merchandising, shop layout, and promotional activities
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with administrative tasks
