We're looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team leader to join our People & Culture team on a full-time basis.
We offer attractive salary packages, benefits and career growth potential. The current position offered will be Assistant People & Culture Manager or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the Group).
Responsibilities include:
a/ Strategic HR Planning
- Supporting strategic HR initiatives by aligning people strategies with business objectives, supporting organisational growth and transformation across Singapore and Malaysia
- Reporting to superiors, directors and assisting with any other matters required
b/ Recruitment
- Overseeing the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, and facilitating interviews with department managers
- Partnering closely with educational institutions on internship and work-study diploma programs
- Collaborating closely with regional teams (Malaysia) to align talent acquisition strategies
c/ Employee Lifecycle & Experience
- Managing the full employee lifecycle across Singapore and Malaysia, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience
- Handling all employee relations matters, including addressing any HR enquiries, grievances, disciplinary inquiries, and conflict resolution to uphold a positive work culture
- Leading all employee engagement initiatives, including welfare programs, learning and development, CSR activities, and company retreats to strengthen workplace morale and employee experience
d/ HR Policies & Compliance
- Designing, updating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with organisational goals and legal compliances under Singapore's Employment Act and Malaysia's Employment Act 1955
- Drafting and refining employment contracts for both Singapore and Malaysia employees
e/ Performance Management
- Supporting the full performance management process by consolidating KPIs, peer to peer reviews, disciplinary records, and conducting performance appraisals alongside line managers
f/ Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Overseeing the full spectrum of payroll process for Singapore and Malaysia teams
- Managing employee insurance and benefits administration, including enrolment, claims support, renewals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or Human Resource or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Familiarity with MOM regulations, HR best practices and Info-Tech System
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Strong time management and organisational capabilities
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
