Your Responsibilities
- Revenue & Margin Ownership Drive spares revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies and performance management
- Operational Performance Management Define, track, and optimize KPIs across procurement, sales order processing, and spares operations
- Department & Team Leadership Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spares Department, ensuring efficient order execution and workflow discipline
- Technical & Product Expertise Provide first-line technical support and maintain strong knowledge of products, industry standards, and best practices
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management Build strong customer and vendor relationships, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Supply-Chain or related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably within the marine and offshore industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Practical experience using SAP (e.g. purchase order creation and processing)
