Job Scope:

• Lead strategic planning and coordination to optimize community care delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align resources and schedules
• Use data insights to forecast demand and improve service efficiency
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop new programs that enhance community health outcomes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
