Job Description

You will plan, formulate and execute departmental projects and work plans as well as monitor performance against set targets. You will perform budgeting, conduct policy review, and implement initiatives. In addition, you will provide supervision, coaching and training to Security team to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry or project management will be advantageous
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Supervisory experience is required for Assistant Manager position
