Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedAssistant Manager / Senior Executive (Accreditation & Licensing)to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure conformance withJCI / ISO standardsand relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain systems and processes to ensure compliance with JCI/ISO standards and applicable legislation.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
• Support departments with content management within various IT systems to meet accreditation requirements.
• Manage and maintain a tracking system for all licenses and ensure the organisation's legal register is updated.
• Communicate regulatory or legal changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the timely renewal of the MOH Hospital License.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, with at least2 years of relevant experiencepreferred.
• Highly organised, independent, and meticulous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in healthcare, quality standards (JCI, ISO 9001/14001/45001), audits, legal compliance, and/or data protection will be an advantage.
