Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to join our projects team. This role supports drafting, design, and project coordination at Resorts World Sentosa. Key duties include preparing AutoCAD drawings, presentation and 3D modeling support, managing document control and authority submissions, and assisting in project monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide drafting support using AutoCAD.
- Assist in preparing presentations using PowerPoint and Photoshop.
- Support 3D modeling tasks experience with SketchUp would be an advantage.
- Manage electronic document filing and ensure proper document control.
- Monitor submission and approval processes for authority submissions.
- Assist in project management activities.
- Monitor and review submissions and approvals of drawings.
- Track and report on the progress of project works.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Built Environment, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Required Skills
- Experience in Architectural, Engineering or Built Environment & Drafting of CAD drawings
- Experience in preparing and handling submission drawings.
- Experience with filing systems or document management
- Familiarity with project management software is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Illustrator is an advantage
