Assistant Contract Manager / Senior Contract Executive
Basic: $4,000 - $5,000
Working Hours: 5 Days Mon-Fri (830am to 530pm)
Location:Redhill (Office)
Job Responsibilities
- As part of Tender/Contracts Team responsible in Pre/Post-Contracts administration
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative.
- Review and preparing of response for claims and variation costs
- To compile subcontractor quotations and submit for review and approval
- To review and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from various approving parties
- Preparation of final accounts and variation submissions
- Any other contracts management related job
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in industrial projects.
- Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.
- Good knowledge of Singapore health and safety rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of materials and works for site usage
- Good knowledge on local pricings
