Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Business Development to help drive business growth and expand our market presence. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Business Development, this role will be integral in identifying new opportunities, analysing market trends, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.

Job Scope:

Key Responsibilities to support and assist the Business Development team in:

.Identify and secure new customers and business accounts.

.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales opportunities.

.Develop and present innovative sales and marketing strategies.

.Analyse survey results and conduct data mining to identify market trends and opportunities.

.Preparing compelling business proposals and presentations.

.Draft reports, briefing notes and information memorandums.

.Attend meetings and presentations with the Business Development team.

.Track performance and maximise returns from existing contracts.

.Gather, organise, and extract data to analyse profitability and performance.

Job Requirement:

.Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any discipline

.Minimum 2 years of working experience

.Able to work independently in fast paced environment

.Fresh ideas and always challenging the norm

.Produce meticulous and detailed work

.Sound business acumen, attention to detail with strong analytical mind

.Ability to analyse data and present findings to Management in a concise manner

.Ability to produce well researched and comprehensive business studies reports

.Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint

.Must be able to work well in a team environment

.Possess own vehicle (Transport allowance will be provided)
