Job Description

As a leading business school in Singapore and globally, Nanyang Business School competes with top business schools from around the world to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds to join its undergraduate programmes.

The Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager will report to the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Programmes and supports the planning and execution of undergraduate outreach strategies targeting the Junior Colleges, Local Polytechnics, International schools and overseas feeder institutions.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with the other team members by supporting student outreach function, including prospects in general and scholar prospects engagement activities and events to attract and encourage high‑quality students to apply.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Formulation of the UG outreach and recruitment plan for local and international markets

  • Drive analysis of market trends, applicants insights, programme trends and competitors analysis to build new recruitment strategies

  • Initiate, organise and run information sessions/webinars locally as well as internationally (as and when required)

  • Responsible for Green harvesting efforts, international markets, UAPP and Junior Colleges/Polytechnics.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth applicant-to-student journey

  • Support Assistant Director in outreach planning and tracking conversion data

Key Competencies and Qualifications Requirements:

  • Degree in any field Business or Marketing preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in an Institute of Higher Learning

  • Possess a creative and innovative mind for the development of engaging activities and events

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Able to work after-office hours/weekend when required (This is due to outreach events which will typically be held over weekends such as open houses for Poly/JC students etc.)

  • Enjoy meeting and connecting with students

  • Goal-targeted and focused individual
