Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts for a leading B2B exhibition. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and excel at building strategic partnerships, this role is for you.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
  • Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded where possible.
  • Key objective is to maximise occupancy and revenue to achieve the business targets of the company.
  • Establish and manage customer relationships and provide value-added services to generate new and repeat business.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to devise and implement sales campaigns.
  • You will also be required to oversee the event from the initial sales process to completion of the event.
  • Drive results by soliciting and securing business through proactive, consultative sales approach.
  • Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Identify market trends and keep abreast of latest events and brand activations to stay relevant.
  • Other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of proven sales track record of hitting and exceeding targets, preferably in the exhibition industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to make a meaningful impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, independent and a good team player.
