Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive TCM Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve clinic processes, and lead multiple clinic locations or teams. You will ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with standards, and drive operational improvements and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinic operations to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery across multiple locations
- Plan and coordinate staff schedules and manpower deployment to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs and service standards to ensure consistent clinic performance
- Supervise front desk and support teams, including supporting hiring and onboarding processes to build effective teams
- Monitor operational performance metrics, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory, procurement processes, vendor relationships, and clinic systems such as booking, POS, and CRM to support seamless operations
- Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making
- Drive business growth initiatives by supporting partnerships and community outreach programs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns across online and offline channels
- Monitor sales performance, evaluate service packages, and track revenue targets to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend service improvements, pricing strategies, and expansion plans
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or related field
- Several years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare service management
- Proven experience managing teams or multiple outlets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle staff matters and operational issues independently
- Proficiency in English and Chinese languages to facilitate effective communication in TCM clinical environments
