Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Operations Manager step in during their absence.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules aligned with budgets and service standards.
- Contribute to monthly financial targets through forecasting, cost control, and action planning.
- Stay updated on company policies, local regulations, and industry trends.
- Represent the department in F&B meetings and inter-departmental sessions.
- Facilitate training programs and identify staff development needs.
- Lead daily briefings and monthly team meetings to ensure communication and cohesion.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and performance.
- Collaborate with the Chef on menu briefings, food quality, and presentation.
- Work with other departments to resolve service issues swiftly.
- Maintain updated and presentable menus (food, beverage, wine, dessert).
- Oversee flower arrangements, trolleys, and displays.
- Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
