Job Description & Requirements
The Assistant/ Manager, Planning is responsible to plan, schedule and develop sub-programs for projects undertaken by the Company.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables timelines
- Collaborate and communicate with operation team, stakeholders, clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare, maintain and update project performance progress to senior management and stakeholders
- Responsible to adjust plans and schedules accordingly to accommodate variations
- Evaluate changes in project scope and assess their impact on time, cost, and resources.
- Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
The Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years relevant experience in construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Meticulous, highly motivated and independent
- Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
