  • Escalate material issues and delays in a timely manner, with a clear assessment of implications and recommended actions.
  • Support post-opening reviews and capture key learnings for application to future projects.

2. Operational Standards & Framework Development

  • Review and work closely with property heads to ensure portfolio-wide operational standards, frameworks and guidelines to enhance consistency, operational efficiency, guest experience and value.

  • Conduct benchmarking, operational analysis and stakeholder consultation to support recommendations.
  • Work with corporate functions and property teams to implement approved standards and periodically review their continued relevance and effectiveness.

3. Capital Expenditure Planning & Operational Requirements

  • Support the annual capital expenditure planning process by coordinating and reviewing operational requirements across the portfolio.
  • Work with property teams and relevant corporate functions to assess operational needs, priorities, business justification and implementation considerations.
  • Review proposed operational capital expenditure requirements for alignment with operational standards, business needs and portfolio priorities.
  • Maintain appropriate trackers and reporting to monitor approved initiatives and key implementation milestones.
  • Support the development of portfolio-level recommendations that balance operational requirements, guest experience, asset considerations and cost-effectiveness.

4. Corporate Governance & Management Papers

  • Prepare corporate memos, approval papers, management submissions and business papers relating to operational initiatives, standards, projects and portfolio-wide programmes.
  • Gather and analyse relevant information and translate findings into clear management considerations, recommendations and proposed actions.

  • Maintain records of key decisions, approvals, standards and corporate operations reference materials.
  • Monitor approved actions and follow through with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.

5. Corporate Projects & Management Reporting

  • Manage assigned cross-functional corporate projects from initiation through implementation and close-out.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, action trackers, status reports and other project governance tools.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across corporate functions and properties to resolve issues, manage dependencies and maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor milestones, risks and outstanding actions and escalate material issues where appropriate.
  • Conduct research, analysis and benchmarking to support project recommendations and management decision-making.
  • Prepare clear and concise management updates, presentations and reports on key initiatives and implementation progress.

REQUIREMENTS
