Job Responsibilities:
Partnership-Led Demand Generation:
- Execute co-marketing campaigns that contribute to demand generation across key business periods and thematic peaks
- Align partnership campaigns to the annual thematic calendar (e.g. seasonal events, key IPs, peak travel windows)
- Ensure partner activities support both base demand and amplified demand moments
Partner Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Drive end-to-end execution of campaigns across partner channels (CRM, digital, social, platforms, offline
- Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and rollout across multiple partners
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in campaign implementation
Shaping & Leveraging Partners to Meet RWS Objective
- Actively work partners to maximise visibility, placements, and campaign exposure within their ecosystems
- Translate RWS priorities into clear partner asks (e.g. feature placements, CRM pushes, co-funded amplification
- Adapt campaign formats and offers to fit partner platforms while still achieving RWS marketing objectives
- Identify opportunities to enhance or extend campaigns beyond base commitments
Demand Amplification via Partner Ecosystems:
- Leverage partner databases, platforms, and content ecosystems to drive incremental reach and awareness
- Ensure strong presence across partner touchpoints (app, web, CRM, content, KOL integrations where relevant)
- Support amplification of thematic campaigns beyond owned channel
Content & Campaign Adaptation:
- Work with internal teams to adapt campaign assets for partner-specific formats and requirements
- Ensure messaging is consistent while tailored to partner audiences and platforms
- Manage asset versioning across multiple partners and markets
Performance Tracking & Optimisation:
- Track campaign delivery and performance across partners (reach, engagement, traffic signals)
- Consolidate results to assess partner contribution to demand generation
- Identify optimisation opportunities to improve partner effectiveness and campaign outcomes
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely within Sales & Marketing Department as well as other Business Units
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing priorities and partner execution
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of marketing experience in marketing, activations, brand experience, or experiential campaigns.
- Strong knowledge and relevant experience in attractions, tourism industry and/or destination marketing
- Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Able to present ideas clearly and persuasively at an individual and group level
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver
- Good project management skills and keen attention to details
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
- Driven individual with capacity to self-lead and motivate team members
