Assistant Manager (Digital Media & Partnerships)
Salary: $4,500 - $5,400 / month
Contract: 11 months
Working Hours: 42 hours per week (Monday-Saturday)
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Media or related field
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
• Understanding of digital content formats and social media platforms
• Experience with government agencies is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Script Review

• Assess content and scripts to ensure alignment with public service broadcasting objectives and audience segments
• Ensure compliance with national values and relevant guidelines

2. Digital Platform Review

• Evaluate content suitability for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
• Support assessment of emerging digital formats and engagement trends

3. Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as liaison between employer and content partners
• Maintain strong communication and provide feedback across the production process

4. Project Administration

• Track milestones, approvals and deliverables
• Maintain documentation for compliance and funding support

5. Singapore Media Festival Support

• Assist the team in evaluating and onboarding a new media partner for the Singapore Media Festival
