Job Description

As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic AssistantManager, Marketing & Compliance to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamlessly blend regulatory-compliant with compelling marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

. Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email and offline channels.

. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling, brand-aligned content.

. Track and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine future strategies.

. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Sales & Marketing Analytics

. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

. Develop and recommend data-driven marketing strategies that directly support sales growth.

. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.

. Evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to management.

. Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure compliance with local and regional regulations (e.g., PDPA, SFA and etc).

CRM Implementation & Management

. Lead the implementation and optimisation of Zoho CRM across sales and marketing functions.

. Configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to support lead generation, customer engagement, and performance tracking.

. Train internal teams on effective CRM usage and ensure system adoption.

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the system.

Certification & ISO Management

. Oversee compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

. Manage and maintain ISO documentation and records in preparation for internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 22000, SFA, HACCP etc.).

. Coordinate certification and audits with relevant certification bodies.

. Ensure timely updates and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.

. Act as point-of-contact during audit processes and follow up on corrective actions.

Compliance & Regulatory

. Serve as the liaison between the marketing, operations and sales teams.

. Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on marketing activities.

. Maintain audit-ready documentation of approvals, campaigns, and compliance reviews.

. Conduct internal training for marketing and sales teams on compliance best practices.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in a hybrid marketing, analytics, or compliance role, preferably in the FMCG/Seafood industry.

. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Autocount, marketing and CRM tools such as Zoho.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

. Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
