Assistant Manager (Marketing)

Job Scope:

1. Content & Script Assessment

a. Ensure alignment with objectives and intended audience segments.

b. Perform content compliance checks to ensure messages, national values and guidelines are met.

2. Digital Platform Suitability & Curation

a. Review content suitability across platforms i.e. TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

b. Support client's assessment of emerging digital formats and audience engagement trends.

3. Partner & Stakeholder Management

a. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and assigned partners, including vernacular and youth-focused partners.

b. Build and maintain strong working relationships, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliverables.

c. Provide clear, actionable feedback to partners throughout the concept-to-production workflow.

4. Project Administration & Funding Support

a. Track partner milestones, approvals and deliverables to support timely funding disbursements.

b. Maintain meticulous records of approvals, compliance checks and production documentation.

5. Support for Appointment of New Media Partner for Singapore Media Festival (SMF)

a. Support the team in the process of identifying, evaluating and onboarding a new partner for SMF, given that current partnerships end in 2025.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

• Background in project management and stakeholder coordination

• Strong understanding of digital content formats and platform-specific requirements

• Prior experience working in government agencies would be advantageous

Contract duration: 11 months

Location: Pasir Panjang

Salary: Up to $5,475

Working Arrangement:

Monday to Friday, Office hours
