[What the role is]
The role involves anti-scams activities that includes performance monitoring, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficiency and strengthen partnerships.
[What you will be working on]
- Oversee monitoring of telco/vendor compliance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records in the telco/vendor management database.
- Oversee the drafting and updating of SOPs, response templates, and documentation to ensure alignment across the team.
- Prepare briefing papers, presentations, and reports for management and regulatory submissions.
- Act as the escalation point for telcos, vendor, and internal stakeholders and to oversee public communications, including addressing public queries.
[What we are looking for]
- Background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom operations or vendor management.
- Experience in contract management or telco/vendor liaison roles will be a plus.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Highly adaptable, able to learn and work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
