Job Description

[What the role is]

The role involves anti-scams activities that includes performance monitoring, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficiency and strengthen partnerships.

[What you will be working on]

  • Oversee monitoring of telco/vendor compliance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records in the telco/vendor management database.
  • Oversee the drafting and updating of SOPs, response templates, and documentation to ensure alignment across the team.
  • Prepare briefing papers, presentations, and reports for management and regulatory submissions.
  • Act as the escalation point for telcos, vendor, and internal stakeholders and to oversee public communications, including addressing public queries.

[What we are looking for]

  • Background in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in telecom operations or vendor management.
  • Experience in contract management or telco/vendor liaison roles will be a plus.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable, able to learn and work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
