RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute in a timely and effective manner the deliverables across the corporate planning cycle which includes organizing Board and leadership strategic retreat sessions, annual workplanning for leadership, development of balanced scorecard goals and key performance indicators as well as performance monitoring and reporting
- Conduct research, compile findings, and provide topline analysis on best practices, global and regional benchmarks, and case studies for strategic planning.
- Curate effective presentations to key stakeholders such as leadership team, board or government agencies.
- Provide secretariat or staffing role for meetings and track key follow-up actions.
QUALIFICATIONS- Degree in Arts, Business Administration or similar with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Strategic development, Corporate Planning and Corporate Secretariat
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Other experiences in project management, governance, data protection, enterprise risk and business continuity management is an advantage
- Knowledge in relevant regulatory requirements such as Code of Governance for Charity, Charity Act and PDPA will be added advantage
