The Organisation, Board and Leadership Services team partners with charities and non-profits to innovate new giving models and support channels that strengthen their capacity to drive volunteerism and philanthropy in response to societal needs. Through a suite of targeted opportunities, services, and programmes, the team empowers charities and non-profits to be effective in expanding their donor base and volunteer pool.

Are you passionate about social impact and ready to help shape the future of the charities and non-profit sector We are looking for a dynamic changemaker to join our team in designing and scaling transformative programmes and services that elevate the capacity of charities and non-profits. From Impact Measurement, Digital Fundraising, and leadership initiatives like BoardMatch, BoardPulse, and Changemakers, you will help build and deliver services that strengthen governance, leadership, and organisational effectiveness across the sectors, supporting charities as drivers of volunteerism and philanthropy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Service Management & Development

  • Lead the design and implementation of sector initiatives that strengthen charities capacity to champion communitydriven philanthropy and volunteering at board, executive, and practitioner levels.
  • Build strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with community partners, internal and external stakeholders, corporates, government regulators and grant makers to expand our reach.
  • Work closely with non-profit C-suite leaders to facilitate board/ committee volunteer recruitment, matches and placements through our flagship CNPL BoardMatch service, to strengthen board diversity and governance.
  • Facilitate and engage charity C-suite leaders, chairpersons, board members to evaluation and identify performance gaps through the CNPL BoardPulse2.0 self-assessment tool.
  • Design, develop and implement the CNPL Changemakers Leadership programme to strengthen charities competencies in navigating Singapore's complex operating dilemmas.
  • Design, develop and facilitate Impact Measurement and Digital Fundraising workshops to support charities in measuring and communicating their outcomes and impact to stakeholders via giving.sg.
  • Incorporate learning design principles and various instructional methods in designing relevant programmes and services to enable charities to drive volunteerism and philanthropy on giving.sg
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working in service/ programme design and development, stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Proficient in data analytics tools to draw insights, monitor performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strong command of written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team work
  • Service-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Self-driven and takes initiative to achieve high performance of services and solutions
