Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Security Manager to oversee the physical, IT, and cyber security requirements for our facilities, staff, and equipment in the Business Area (BA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security policies, conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and providing training to staff on security matters related to classified customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Policies & Training:

  • Manage and oversee security for facilities, staff, and equipment handling projects and development networks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies on all security matters related to customer projects.
  • Review and update security policies according to customer requirements, and communicate these policies effectively to relevant project teams.
  • Investigate security breaches and incidents, providing reports and recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
  • Organize and conduct IT security education and awareness sessions for staff.
  • Provide security training to ensure compliance with customer security requirements.
  • Perform periodic security audits and checks across all documentation, personnel, and IT systems, with a focus on classified projects.
  • Ensure all staff and contractors have valid security clearance before working on classified projects.

2. Project Cybersecurity:

  • Conduct audits to ensure that all development and project networks comply with Group IT and cybersecurity standards.
  • Collaborate with N2 operation to schedule, plan, and execute audits and Vulnerability Assessments of development networks.
  • Ensure patching and updating processes are followed by all Lines of Business (LOBs) within the BA.
  • Work with the Global Information Security Officer (GISO) specialists to provide input for customer audits on IT security matters.
  • Conduct cybersecurity training for project managers, system administrators, and other team members to meet customer requirements.

3. Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate security governance, risk, and compliance management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills in handling security-related issues and incidents, collaborating with key stakeholders to implement security standards and policies.
  • IT security audit experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage security operations effectively.
  • Familiarity with security standards and compliance regulations for classified projects.
