Job Description

The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is seeking a temporary Marketing & Communications professional to support ongoing communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement efforts during a transition period.

This role will support the planning and execution of key platforms, campaigns and communications initiatives across the organisation, working closely with internal divisions, agencies and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of communication objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and execution of communications and marketing plans for key events, platforms and organisational initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of communications materials including media materials, EDMs, social media content, presentations and stakeholder briefs.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals and deliverables across internal teams, agencies and vendors.
  • Support event publicity, media coordination and on-site communications activities where required.
  • Assist with digital marketing and communications operations including website and EDM coordination.
  • Track project timelines, reporting and administrative follow-through to ensure smooth execution of ongoing workstreams.
  • Any other roles and responsibilities as determined on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications and public relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging content for different audiences.
  • Proven experience in digital communications channels, social media platforms and EDM campaigns.
  • Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
