SBF Institute (SBI) is the Programme Manager for 6 Career Conversion Programmes. Under these programmes, SBI's role is to market and manage the end-to-end process of the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).
You will play a critical role in driving the awareness of CCPs, managing outreach activities and processing applications to ensure the key deliverables for the programmes are met.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage and Market the CCP programmes in accordance with the deliverables:
- Create awareness of CCPs through EDMs, SBF website and other marketing channels
- Answer enquiries on CCP programmes
- Keep track and follow up with leads
2. Manage administrative matters:
- Assist companies with the required documentation needed for the programme
- Ensure proper documentation for the programme funding are in place
- Applications follow-up, Review & Assessment
- Review before and after job descriptions, OJT plans
- Ensure proper tracking on the number of companies and participants for the programme
3. Other administrative matters related to the programme
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Understanding of Internationalisation issues is preferred
- Strong drive, proactive self-starter with creative mind
- Able to work within stipulated guidelines and deadlines to meet set objectives
- Service Orientation towards both internal and external customers needs
- Positive and collaborative mindset, strong teamwork
