Role:
Oversee daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining efficient administrative workflows. A liaison between staff, providers, and management.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee the day-to-day clinic operations.
. Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
. Help coordinate staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
. Monitor patient flow and clinic efficiency, making real-time adjustments as needed.
. Address staff performance issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
. Provide leadership to clinical and administrative teams in the absence or support of the Clinic Manager.
. Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
. Promote high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction.
. Address patient inquiries, complaints, or service issues quickly and professionally.
. Ensure front desk and clinical support functions are operating efficiently.
. Ensure documentation and recordkeeping are accurate and up to date.
. Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
. Monitor supply usage and inventory levels assist in purchasing.
. Help implement new policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
. Assist doctors with treatments when needed, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency whenever required.
. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for aesthetic procedures (e.g., facials, laser treatments, injectables) whenever required.
. Any adhoc assignments delegated by the reporting manager/doctors.
