Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in supervising daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, staff attendance, and work schedules.
- Monitor cleaning quality and ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle client requests, complaints, and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
