This position manages the cleaning operations and ensures service quality. He/she is required to plan schedules, attend meetings, train Supervisors, maintain cleaning supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate, lead and monitor the cleaning operations within the company's portfolio
- Will be required to be stationed onsite from time to time
- Ensure Site Supervisors effectively manage ground Operations across all required areas.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess cleanliness standards, implement quality improvements, and adapt to clients evolving needs.
- Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
- Engage in meetings with POC as required.
- Provide training to new staffs on cleaning standards, quality expectations, health and safety requirements as well as proper equipment handling.
- Maintain precise records of ground staff working hours to verify overtime completion.
- Manage Infotech and 4insite within the assigned portfolio.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained through timely orders.

Requirements
- Experienced in the cleaning and facilities management industry
- Keen eye for details and meticulous
- Capable of performing tasks independently
- Good inter-personal skills and team player
- Valid Singapore driving license is good to have
- Location: Islandwide
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
- Working hours: 7am to 4pm and 7am to 12noon OR as required based on Operational needs.
