Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Operations Manager in supervising daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
2. Coordinate manpower deployment, staff attendance, and work schedules.
3. Monitor cleaning quality and ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.
4. Handle client requests, complaints, and provide timely feedback.
5. Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
6. Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
