The Company

Our client is a well-established asset management firm with core investments across real estate and sustainable infrastructure. They are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Manager, Human Resources to support HR operations and people initiatives across the region.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a lean, collaborative HR team where you will gain exposure to regional HR operations, HR systems and people programmes while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the HR services and deliverables for the full spectrum of employee life cycle related activities with the Regional Team in Singapore, Korea, Australia and US. This role plays acrucial part in ensuring that HR processes are efficient, compliant with labour laws, and align with the goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration and employee records management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment activities and talent pipeline development, including internship programmes and junior hiring.
  • Coordinate and administer the annual performance management cycle, ensuring timely completion of performance reviews.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including medical benefits programmes and market benchmarking exercises.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, prepare HR reports and support HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, work pass requirements and statutory reporting obligations.
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree's in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of Human Resources generalist experience with similar industry, preferably.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and relevant HR-related legislation.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
  • Proactive and independent worker who is adaptable to fast-paced environment and technology savvy.
  • High attention to detail, self-starter mentality and willingness to take ownership in a lean team.
