Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage a broad range of HR functions. The role covers workforce planning and manpower projections based on workload analysis, talent acquisition, employee engagement, staff well-being, talent development and management, succession planning, as well as compensation, benefits, performance management, and promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support in establishing a new department.
- Develop, plan, and implement a structured medical framework to achieve departmental goals.
- Assess workload demands, manage recruitment, and onboard qualified medical professionals to sustain operations and services.
- Review staff turnover trends and implement strategies to enhance manpower retention and fill rates.
- Identify workforce gaps and collaborate with department leaders to address staffing needs proactively.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance service quality and patient safety through continuous improvement projects.
- Introduce and standardize best practices, policies, and protocols to strengthen the department's human resource management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; a postgraduate qualification or Diploma in HR Management will be an advantage.
- Prior Healthcare experience will is a must.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role.
