Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, ensuring employee satisfaction, and overseeing HR best practices. Additional responsibilities include supporting employee relations, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee engagement strategies, and HR policies implementation
  • Proficient in HR tools, payroll systems, and maintaining employee records
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage training and development programs to enhance team performance
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
