Our client is a licensed real estate fund management company in Singapore, managing private real estate funds with cross-border exposure. They are actively recruiting for a seasoned HR generalist to support them in the full spectrum of HR functions.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to support workforce requirements for the Singapore offices.
- Oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of the internship programme.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment activities and selection processes for junior-level roles.
2. HR Services Delivery & Operations
- Ensure effective delivery of comprehensive HR operational services across the employee lifecycle for regional offices, including but not limited to:
- Preparing employment contracts for new hires
- Managing onboarding activities to ensure smooth assimilation into the organisation
- Administering offboarding procedures and employee clearance processes
- Handling payroll administration and reporting for the Singapore office
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Coordinating and tracking training and development initiatives
3. HRIS & Process Improvement
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within HR systems to support reliable management reporting.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure completeness and consistency of HR databases and records.
- Drive improvements in HRIS platforms and support automation initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in the administration of compensation programmes to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as the coordination point for Group Medical benefits programmes for the Singapore offices.
5. Performance Management
- Administer the organization's performance management cycle, ensuring reviews are conducted effectively and within the designated timeline.
- Support the overall performance review process, including preparation and coordination of evaluation materials.
6. HR Compliance & Regulatory Matters
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, including employment laws, work pass regulations, workplace safety standards, and employee rights.
- Oversee timely submission of required statutory reports such as tax filings, labour compliance documentation, and MOM surveys.
- Stay informed of updates in employment legislation and industry regulations to ensure HR practices remain compliant.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and support HR reporting such as headcount analysis, attrition trends, payroll summaries, benefits utilization, and other workforce metrics.
- Provide insights from HR data to support management decision-making and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in HR forecasting, budgeting activities, and HR-related audit exercises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience, ideally within a similar industry environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and related labour regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Self-motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and leverage technology effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to take ownership within a lean team structure.
