As an Assistant Manager, HR Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible to effectively execute recruitment strategies in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to meet CGH staffing needs, as well as position CGH as an Employer of Choice. Your role and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (BPs) and stakeholders to drive effective recruitment activities by conducting various talent sourcing initiatives to fulfil the staffing needs in CGH.
- Understand the prevailing talent management and trends in the market in view of CGH's current and future talent needs.
- Analyse and propose to internal stakeholders such as HRBPs and HODs, as appropriate, on the strategy in the creation of talent pipelines.
- Perform full spectrum of recruitment activities, which includes but not limited to screening of applicants, conducting of assessment test & interviews, preparing of compensation package against internal equity, salary offers and on-boarding of new employees.
- Update and maintain HR Talent Acquisition databases and preparation of HR Talent Acquisition reports to Senior Management, SingHealth and MOHH.
- Work in partnership with HRBPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness through ongoing review of policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with at least one year of experiences in the recruitment function.
- Prior HR experience in healthcare will be advantageous.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, driven, highly motivated and independent.
- Excellent team player, resourceful and resilient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
