About Our Client
Our client is a renowned Shipping MNC with large presence in Singapore. The HRSSC is based out of their HQ in Singapore and is in charge of rendering HR services and support for their entities globally. This role is an indiviudal contributor role and will report into a HRSS Manager.
Job Description
- Drive efficiencies in supporting HR operation activities from onboarding to offboarding, employee movements, working with different stakeholders to address employee queries
- Champion the HR Data Governance, Analytics, Reporting, and HR Ticketing system administration
- Module lead for SAP SuccessFactors modules assigned as part of Production support for our HR users and employees
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve productivity through process streamlining, systems solutions and follow-through change requests
- Perform analysis of relevant HR data, identify trends and develop predictive analytics to support the business
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 5 years of HR operations experience in HR Shared Services setup
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions and HR Analytics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented team player with good problem-solving skills
