Assistant Manager (Ambulatory Operations)!
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of new clinical services.
- Assist with project management, workflow optimization, and clinical operations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Work with stakeholders on resource management, budget planning, procurement, and event management.
- Help translate and communicate the hospital's strategic goals.
- Foster a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on patient satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare/Administrative preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or service industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
