Assistant Manager (Ambulatory Operations)!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of new clinical services.
  • Assist with project management, workflow optimization, and clinical operations in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Work with stakeholders on resource management, budget planning, procurement, and event management.
  • Help translate and communicate the hospital's strategic goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on patient satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Healthcare/Administrative preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
