Senior Assistant Manager, Communications
As part of the Communications team, you will help shape and strengthen the NUH brand. From developing impactful campaigns to engaging stakeholders and staff, your work will highlight the values and achievements that make NUH a trusted leader in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement integrated communications campaigns for hospital programmes, people, and innovations
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media
- Develop and drive staff engagement initiatives to build a strong organisational culture
- Provide strategic communications support and branding advice to internal teams
- Contribute to crisis communications planning and emergency response preparedness
Requirements
- A degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Good understanding of communication channels and campaign tools
- Creative, meticulous, and results-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
