About the Job
As a key member of the Corporate Communications team, your role involves managing our employer brand and employee communications. This role is pivotal in shaping and promoting our company's employer brand, and ensuring effective, engaging communications with our employees.
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms such as Company Updates and Intranet to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- Design and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Plan, organise, and coordinate company townhalls to ensure effective communication between leadership and employees and partnering with relevant teams to develop content and agendas that align with company goals and employee interests.
- Create compelling, shareable content and campaigns for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and employee portals that represents what it's like to work at the firm.
- Develop and deliver external recruitment messaging and engagement opportunities.
- Support stakeholder engagement to deliver effective communications across the organisation.
- Work closely with corporate communications and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
- Partner with agencies to create and curate content for career sites, employer brand assets, and social channels.
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer/brand marketing or employer branding.
- Proven track record in employer branding in Insurance/Technology, Banking, or Finance sectors.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative personality with a knack for storytelling
- Team player who can also work independently

Contractual Period: 6 months
Salary: up to $5,800 with 0.5-month completion bonus
