What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic communications support and advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging
- Craft, edit, and oversee content development for organisational initiatives, staff communications, and external platforms
- Plan and execute campaigns that highlight the milestones, programmes, and innovations, including the use of digital and social media channels
- Support crisis and issues communications, including developing response materials and participating in preparedness exercises
- Drive employee engagement through communication plans that strengthen organisational culture and values
- Monitor communication outcomes and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements for future initiatives
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism
- 3 - 5 years of corporate communications experience within the healthcare sector
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
- Experience in managing multiple communication channels, including internal platforms and social media
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
