How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations. You will need to be able to analyze complex client needs, design and deliver customized solutions, and work effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution. You will also need to be able to communicate complex financial concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What you do
1. You will be responsible for execution and marketing of Structured Solutions products relating to bespoke solutions and private markets to customers and provide execution support to the team.
2. You will be required to support day to day life cycle management of current deals, manage transaction files and maintain deal blotters.
3. You will be required to be familiar and understand (a) fund structures, partnership structures and corporate structures and (b) market-based instruments such as Foreign Exchange, Equities, Credits and derivatives and Structured Products. Consequently, you will be required to understand regulations and legal framework of various countries.
4. You will be required to conduct product approval meetings. Present, analyse or calculate the risk positions of the various solutions/products designed to meet these needs and obtain the necessary approvals.
5. You will be required to stay abreast of market developments and products.

Who you are
1. Good degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Experience in private equities, funds or private debt transactions would be preferred.
3. Up to 3 years relevant working experience or new graduates.
4. Highly motivated individual who can work well in a team and support the team goals. Results-oriented and able to deal with time pressure.
5. Willingness to learn with positive attitude and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in programming skills in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic as well as Microsoft office will be an advantage.
