Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential location for opening of new outlets
  • Conduct feasibility study & research on potential location
  • Recommend potential outlets to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure current leases are negotiated and executed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, project team and finance team.
  • Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and landlords.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the F&B or Retail industry would be a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry handling sale, leasing and/or marketing of commercial properties/ shops/ outlets.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate legislation and regulations
  • Extensive network of commercial properties that are available for lease and/or sale
  • Well versed in market trends and practices in the commercial industry
  • Excellent communication , presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in building M&E matters would be an advantage.
