Responsibilities

Provide management with timely finance-related analysis and recommendations across a range of critical business decisions
Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
Interpret and communicate monthly P&L outcome to Business Unit COO
Partner the business units during annual business planning to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
Develop business case for re-development and asset enhancement initiatives
Provide management with forward-looking financial insights on market conditions and trends
Perform financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis
Be a coach to the Finance Executives in the team
Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 2 years in an FP&A position
Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Self-directed, hands-on, motivated and highly committed to meet deadlines and targets
Independent and able to work with all levels in a high matrix organisation
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
