Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and insightful business analysis to support reviews, planning cycles, and ad-hoc requests.
• Monitor business performance, providing early warnings to enable timely resource reallocation.
• Lead budgeting and financial planning activities, including periodic forecasts and scenario modeling.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing and reporting processes.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support decision-making across functions.
• Strengthen business cases and profitability tracking through robust financial analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in management reporting processes.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align financial strategies and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or BPA roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
