We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Centre & Event Marketing to drive trial booking growth through on-ground activations, mall marketing and partnerships. This is a performance-driven role. You will own event and centre marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, creating memorable experiences that attract new students, engage existing families, and strengthen Aureus's community footprint, ensuring every activation delivers measurable impact in leads, trials, and ROI.

Primary KPI: Trial bookings generated from events and mall marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Roadshow & Activation Planning and Execution

• Build and execute a monthly events roadmap aligned to trial targets.

• Plan mall campaigns, roadshows, atrium activations, community events, and performance showcases.

• Design high-conversion engagement mechanics to drive trial sign-ups.

• Manage all logistics including venue booking, booth setup, collateral production, staffing, and permit applications.

• Develop pre-event promotional plans in collaboration with the sales teams to maximise footfall and lead capture.

• Track event-level ROI including lead generation, trial booking, cost per lead or trial booked, and enrolment conversion from activations.

• Conduct post-event debriefs and continuously improve playbooks for future activations.

Centre Marketing

• Own the in-centre marketing experience across all Aureus locations, ensuring brand consistency, visual merchandising standards, and a welcoming environment.

• Work with centre operations teams to develop localised marketing initiatives that drive footfall, trial sign-ups, and referrals.

• Produce and manage the distribution of centre-specific collateral including posters, flyers, banners, and more.

• Identify and capitalise on local opportunities relevant to each centre's catchment area (i.e. school events, community boards, neighbourhood activations).

• Support new centre launches with go-to-market plans, opening events, and awareness campaigns.

Mall Advertising

• Plan and execute mall advertising campaigns including lightboxes, digital panels, atrium spaces, and directories across relevant malls.

• Liaise with mall management teams to secure cost-effective or FOC placements, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery of assets.

• Partner mall management on seasonal campaigns and school holiday initiatives.

• Coordinate production and installation of out-of-home (OOH) creatives in adherence to mall specifications.

• Monitor ad placement effectiveness and report on visibility, footfall correlation, and lead attribution.

• Manage the mall advertising calendar and budget to ensure optimal spend allocation across locations.

• Track leads, trials, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.

• Maintain marketing trackers and budgets.

• Deliver post-event reports with insights and optimisation plans.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in events marketing, experiential marketing, or retail/centre marketing.

• Proven track record of planning and executing end-to-end events or brand activations independently in driving measurable results from activations.

• Experience working with mall operators, property groups, or retail environments is an advantage.

· Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environment, managing vendors, agencies, and external partners with multiple concurrent projects.

• Bonus: background in education, fitness, lifestyle, or family-oriented brands.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.

• Commercially driven, budget-conscious with experience managing and reconciling event/campaign budgets.
